1 pt. crushed pineapple
1 c. pineapple juice
1 pkg. lemon jello
1 c. boiling water
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. whipped cream
c. sugar
c. chopped nuts
Small jar maraschino cherries, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple. Heat juice and water; pour over jello and stir until dissolved. Allow to thicken, and whip like whipped cream. Add pineapple pulp and rice to jello. Add sugar and nuts to whipped cream and fold into jello and chill.
