3 c Northern Spy Apples- peeled and sliced
3/4 c Sugar
1 tbsp Flour
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Topping:
3/4 c Oatmeal
3/4 c Flour
3/4 c Brown Sugar
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 c Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Put apples in buttered baking dish. Combine sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon and sprinkle over apples.

Mix together oatmeal, flour, brown sugar, baking soda and butter until crumbly. Put over apples and bake at 350 for 45-50 mins. Serve warm with whip cream or ice cream.
