1 c minus 1 tbsp Flour or 1 c shifted Flour
1 tsp Salt
2 Eggs
1/2 c Milk
1/2 c Water

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, milk, and water together. Add flour and salt and pepper until big bubbles are formed. Put 1 tbsp of grease from prime rib into each popover cup. Fill cups to 3/4 full with mix. Bake at 400º for 30 mins or until golden brown.

Bake 400º for 30 mins.
