2 8 oz pkgs. cream cheese, room temp
1 5 oz can evaporated milk
1 3.4 oz box instant lemon pudding mix
3/4 c frozen lemonade concentrate
1 graham cracker pie crust
whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine evaporated milk and pudding mix in a medium bowl and beat on low for 2-3 minutes till thick.

In separate bowl, beat cream cheese till light and airy, then mix with lemonade concentrate. Once fully incorporated, mix in pudding mixture.

Transfer to pie crust, place in fridge 4-6 hours or overnight.

Serve with whipped topping.
