1 egg
3 tbsp. flour
⅛ tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk to simmer-do NOT boil- in a saucepan with tight fitting lid. Mix in separate bowl; egg, flour, and salt until smooth. Drizzle into the simmering milk mixture. Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
