2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
½ c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
½ c. chopped onion
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Topping
1½ c. crushed cornflakes
¼ c. melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
Defrost the potatoes. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into greased 9 X 13 casserole pan. Cover with the cornflakes and butter. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
