1 60 oz pkg Lasagna Noodles
2 tsp Salt
2 - 3 lbs Ground Beef
2 cups Cottage Cheese
1 clove Garlic
2 Eggs, beaten
cup Onion, finely chopped
12 oz Mozzarella Cheese (sliced)
4 cups Meatless Italian Sauce
12 oz Old English Cheese (sliced)
lb Kielbasa Sausage (sliced thin)
cup Parmesan Cheese
1 cup Water

Preheat oven to 350.

Cook lasagna noodles according to directions on the package. Meanwhile, cook ground beef, garlic, and onions in a large, heavy saucepan for 10 minutes. Add next 3 ingredients: mix well, and let simmer gently for 15 minutes. Combine cottage cheese and beaten eggs, set aside. In a greased large casserole baking pan, arrange several alternate layers of cooked and drained lasagna, sliced cheese, meat sauce, cottage cheese mixture: beginning with lasaga and ending with meat sauce. Sprinkle surface with parmesan cheese. Bake for 1 hour.
