5 lbs potatoes
2 cups instant mashed potatoes (add more for thicker soup)
1 stick butter
1 onion (sweet or yellow)
1/2 gallon milk
peper to taste
onion salt to taste
garlic to taste
Directions:
Directions:
1. Peel and dice potatoes
2. Boil potatoes until soft
3. Drain 1/2 the water from the potatoes.
4. Add flakes, butter, and salts.
5. Add instant potatoes
6. Let simmer then enjoy
