2 8 oz packages of cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
1 package instant vanilla pudding
1/4 cup pineapple juice
Chopped Pecans
Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together except pecans.
2. Chill for about an hour or until starts to get firmer.
3. Roll into ball and roll in pecans.
4. Chill until ready to serve.
