16 oz jar Great Northern Beans ( I use 2x that amount)
2 lb Chicken or Turkey- cooked and cubed
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 Med. Onions- chopped
2 tsp Garlic- chopped
4 oz can Chopped Green Chilies- 2 cans
2 tsp Ground Cumin
1 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano- crumbled
1/4 tsp ground Cloves
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
6 c Chicken Stock or canned Broth
3 c Grated Monterrey Jack Cheese
Sour Cream
Salsa
Chopped Fresh Cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
In a Dutch oven saute onions in olive oil until translucent, about 10 mins. Stir in garlic, then chilies, cumin, oregano, cloves and cayenne and saute for 2 mins. Add beans and stock and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 mins. Add chicken and 1 c of cheese and stir until cheese is melted. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Ladle into bowls and serve with remaining cheese, sour cream, salsa and cilantro.
