Ingredients: 1(3oz.) Package Sugar-free Jello(you can use regular jello) 1/2 Cup Boiling Water 1(8oz.) Can Crushed Pineapple(do no drain) 1 Small Package Sugar-free Vanilla Instant Pudding(or regular instant pudding) 1 Cup Milk 1(8oz.) Container Lite Cool Whip 3 Sliced Bananas

Directions:Dissolve Jell-O in the boiling water. Add crushed pineapple. In another bowl, beat vanilla pudding with the 1 Cup Milk. Fold in Cool Whip. Mix the Jell-O and pineapple mixture with the pudding mixture. Fold in bananas. Place bowl in refrigerator. This sets up quickly, in about 1 hour. |

Notes: I use sugar-free jello and pudding in this recipe, if you want to use regular you can. You can use any flavor Jell-O and pudding you like. I also do not add the bananas. If I want I add bananas when I dish it up. This recipe came from The News Democrat, Lonnie Sundermeyer wrote a cooking column and I thought she had nice recipes that tasted good. She was a caterer in Ghent, KY. I miss her column in the paper.
