Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3/4 c. Hellman's Mayo
1/4 c. milk
1/3 c. sugar (or a little less)
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. poppy seed
2 bags spring mix lettuce
1 small red onion, chopped
2-3 pt. strawberries, sliced
1/2 bag Diamond Sugar Roasted Walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and chill the first five ingredients for the dressing. For the salad, mix the lettuce (can use other lettuce mix), red onion, strawberries (I usually use more), and walnuts (I have only found these at the Super Targets). Pour dressing over salad and toss. If you prefer, serve salad and have dressing on the side.

Another option: add cubes of cooked chicken.

I you can't find the sugared walnuts, mix 1 cup of chopped walnuts and 1/4 cup of sugar and roast them in a sauce pan over medium heat until sugar is dissolved and coats the nuts. Pour onto parchment paper. Cool. Break apart before using.
