5 lb Potatoes- large
2 packages Cream Cheese- 3 oz each- softened
1 c Sour Cream- light or regular
2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp White Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook peeled potatoes in boiling water until done, drain well. Mash potatoes until smooth with electric mixer. Add softened cream cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper. Beat until light and fluffy. Cool. Cover and place in refrigerator for up to one week.
To use: place desired amount in greased casserole dish ( the entire recipe fills a 2 quart dish) Bake at 350 for 30-40 mins. or until hot.
