6 hard boiled eggs, cooled, peeled, and chopped
1 green onion, chopped
2 large stalks celery, finely diced (about 1/3 c.)
½ c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1 tsp. yellow mustard
Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, pickle relish and mustard. Add choppe eggs, onion and celery and mix well. Add salt and black pepper and stir. Chill in a covered container until ready to serve.
