2 lb. fresh asparagus, woody ends snapped off
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
½ tsp. kosher salt
2 tsps. freshly cracked black pepper
Juice of ½ lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine asparagus, olive oil, salt and pepper in a baking pan. Roast in the oven for 10 minutes or until tender. Drizzle with lemon juice and serve.

Asparagus is one of Matt's favorites. We always had plenty of asparagus in the Spring from our garden.
