Personal Notes:
I came across this recipe when we lived in Bridgeport Illinois. We were members at a small country club in Lawrenceville, Illinois. Once a month the ladies club would have a luncheon for all the women golfers. It was served as sloppy joe meat. I loved it and they generously shared this recipe with me. It's delicious!
