2 Tbsp. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
Pinch of Salt
2 Beaten Egg Yolks
3/4 cup Pineapple Juice(get this from draining pineapple)

Directions:
Directions:
BEAT together the egg yolks, sugar, salt & cornstarch, then put
mixture in sauce pan to cook with the pineapple juice until thick.
let cool...Pour over fruit, mix, then chill.


You can use any fruit, I use:
Pineapple Chunks, Apples, Mandarin Oranges, Grapes, Strawberries,
Bananas, or whatever.....
