1 1/2 c wheat
2 1/2 c water
1 8 oz. cream cheese
2 cans pineapple tidbits with juice
2 small boxes of instant vanilla pudding or you can use pistachio
1 16 oz. container of cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Boil wheat in water with a dash of salt.
Turn off and soak overnight.
Rinse wheat and strain.
Put cream cheese (room temp) in a bowl and squich wheat into it.
Add cans of pineapple with juice, pudding and cool whip.
Mix together and refrigerate.
This makes a large salad.
