8 oz Cream cheese softened
1 can eagle brand milk
⅓ real lemon juice
1 t vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cheese until light

Add milk and blend

Stir in lemon juice and vanilla

The best way to mix, is in a blender. Blend everything and pour into a graham cracker crust and refrigerate until firmly set

You can serve it plain or with a can of cherry pie filling or strawberries
