2 ripe banana's - mashed
2 eggs
1 3/4 cup flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup + 1 tblsp buttermilk
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sugar and oil. Add eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda and salt then add to the sugar and egg mixture. Add buttermilk and then bananas.

Grease and flour loaf pan

Bake 1 hour 20 minutes or until done at 325 degrees.
