1 c. cornflake crumbs
tsp. dried oregano
tsp. paprika
tsp. garlic powder
tsp. salt
tsp. pepper
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 lb. chicken tenders

Directions:
Directions:
On a shallow plate, combine cornflake crumbs, oregano, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. In a bowl, combine buttermilk and Tabasco. Dip chicken in buttermilk. Roll in crumb mixture. Arrange on baking sheet. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.

Serves 6

Cook's Note: You can use chicken thighs or drumsticks instead. Increase the baking time slightly and test for doneness.
