Cup Cilantro
4 Garlic Cloves, chopped
1 Green Pepper, chopped
1/2 jalapeno pepper, chopped
1 Lime, zest and juice
2 large cans canned Plum tomatoes
1 small yellow onion
1 pinch of white sugar
3/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
1 tsp. Cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Pulse on low speed until salsa reaches desired consistency. Pour in a bowl and serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
* Will keep in fridge for up to 5 days
