3/4 c soft butter/margarine
1/3 c evaporated milk
1 box cake mix (chocolate or Germain chocolate)
50 caramels
1/3 evaporated milk
1 1/2 c chocolate chips-melted
nuts (you can use pecans, walnuts, or almonds or whatever you like)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, evaporated milk, and cake mix. Spread on a cookie sheet and bake 20 minutes at 350. Cool. In sauce pan or microwave, combine caramels and evaporated milk. Cook until melted and mixed. Spread over brownie mix and place in freezer to cool. Spread melted chocolate chips over top and press in whatever nuts you wish to use.
