3 TABLESPOONS OLIVE OIL
2 POUNDS SKINLESS CHICKEN BREAST
2-3 CUPS FINELY CHOPPED CELERY
2 FINELY CHOPPED ONIONS
3 FINELY CHOPPED GARLIC CLOVES
8 CUPS WATER
3 TABLESPOONS CHICKEN SOUP BASE (I USE L.B. JAMISON'S IN JAR)
1 CUP CHOPPED KALE
1 POUND NOODLES OR ACINI D PEPPI PASTA

In a large pot pour olive into pan and heat on medium, add celery, onion and garlic and cook until opaque. In a separate fry pan add 1 Tablespoon of olive oil on medium heat, add chicken, cook until brown and place cooked chicken into large pot and stir. Add water and soup base and cook until boiling then add your noodles. Cook 20-30 minutes until noodles are soft.
