1 Cup Butter, softened
1 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
2 T Cream or Milk
2 tsp Vanilla
2 1/2 Cups of Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Cream of Tarter
1 tsp Baking Soda

* 3 Squares of Unsweetened chocolate, melted
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together except chocolate and combined, divide dough into two equal parts. To one half of dough mixture, add 3 squares of unsweetened chocolate, melted and mix together. Divide each mixture again (so you should have 2 white's and 2 chocolate's). Roll out on batch of the white dough in a small rectangle. Then roll out one of the chocolate batches and lay directly on top of the white dough, then roll into a log. Do the same with the other white and chocolate batch. You should have two logs. Wrap with Syran Wrap and put in the refrigerator overnight. The next day, remove dough logs from refrigerator and cut into 1/4 " slices and place on a cookie sheet.

Bake at 425º for 5 to 7 minutes, until white dough turns a light brown.
