tsp Garlic Powder
tsp Onion Powder
tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
tsp Dried Oregeno
tsp Paprika
1 tsp Ground Cumin

Mix spices together and simmer with 1lb browned ground beef in 2/3 cup water for 5 mins. Enjoy!

Who doesn't enjoy tacos on a warm summer day, or a cold winter day for that matter! I found this taco seasoning recipe online, made it once and haven't bought the store-bought, high sodium, full of preservatives stuff since. :-)
