1 box Ritz crackers
peppermint oil
1 pkg. chocolate melts

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate using a double broiler. When chocolate is completely melted, add 3 or 4 drops of peppermint oil and stir. Using tongs, dip one cracker at a time in the chocolate. Tap excess off on side of pan and let dry on wax paper until cool. Store in tupperware container.
