1 box of chicken broth
1 head of cabbage chopped not too fine
2-3 cans string green beans
2-3 can diced tomatoes
1 can rotel
a bunch of sliced carrots
1 onion chopped
4-5 stalks celery sliced
1 bag of frozen broccoli
1 bag of frozen cauliflower

I have also put a can of baby corn cobs and a can of sliced water chestnuts in for a crunch.
You can just about put any kind of vegetable you want. I have also added 1 lb of sausage for protein. You can add more chicken broth if too thick.

Simmer all over low heat or in crockpot for 4-6 hours or until everything is tender.
