3 cans Mexi-corn drained
1 c. mayonnaise
2 c. sour cream
1 chopped jalepenio
1 bunch of green onions chopped
16 oz. shredded Mexican cheese
cumin, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Stir well. Refrigerate overnight. May add more cayenne pepper to taste. Serve with Frito Scoops.
