1 head cabbage, shredded
1 tbsp. salt

1 c. apple cider vinegar
¼ c. water
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Toss first 2 ingredients together. Let it sit for 2 hours. Squeeze liquid out of the cabbage and put the cabbage into freezer bags.

Make the dressing while the cabbage is sitting 2 hours by boiling the dressing ingredients together for about 1 minute until clear. Let it cool. Add the dressing to the freezer bags. Place in freezer.

To serve, let a bag thaw on counter or run freezer bag under warm water until it thaws.

*May add shredded carrots or green peppers during first step of preparation.
