1 can Kidney Beans, well drained
Diced Onion
Diced Celery
Diced Sweet Pickles
Head of Lettuce, torn or cut into small pieces

Sauce:
⅓ cup Mayo (I like Miracle Whip)
2-3 tbsp Vinegar
2-3 tbsp Sugar
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
To make salad: toss together ingredients for salad in a bowl.

To make the sauce: mix mayo and equal parts of vinegar and sugar into a bowl. You may have to adjust the sugar/vinegar blend to your liking. Add salt and pepper. Mix into salad.

Allow flavors to meld together for about an hour.
