1 lb. ground beef
salt and pepper to taste
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. white rice
2 c. hot water
2 beef bouillon cubes
c. Worchestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Fry meat with salt and pepper, onion and green pepper. When thoroughly cooked, drain off grease and add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium/low, cover and cook 15-20 minutes or until rice is done.

I put steak sauce on mine when I eat it! Erin leaves out the green pepper (Jon doesn't like them) and she says it's still good! I actually developed this recipe because I wanted something quick and easy! I serve it with pineapple slices.
