6 lbs Potatoes
6 tbsp butter
12oz cream cheese
1 1/3 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
2 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
Directions:
Directions:
Peel Potatoes and boil in water with 1 tsp of salt until soft. Mash Potatoes with 4tbsp butter, cream cheese, sour cream, milk and 1 1/2 tsp salt. Pour into a lightly greased 9x13" baking dish. Brush top of potatoes with the remaining 2tbsp butter melted and sprinkle with the paprika. Bake immediately or refrigerate and bake later. If refrigerated allow to stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before baking them at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
