1 c flour
c butter (melted)
2 tsp sugar
c chopped pecans (optional)
8 oz cream cheese (room temp)
1 c powdered sugar
1 c whipped topping
1 small pkg coconut instant pudding
1 c whole milk
c shredded coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix flour, butter, sugar, and pecans. Pack into 8x8 pan. Cook for 15-20 minutes -- do not overcook.

Beat together cream cheese and sugar. Fold in whipped topping. Spread on cool crust.

Mix coconut instant pudding and whole milk until thickened. Spread over cream cheese layer. Top with toasted shredded coconut.
