8 slices bacon, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 medium onion, chopped
3 lg. cans (28 oz. each) pork and beans
¾ c. barbecue sauce
½ c. brown sugar
¼ c. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. dijon mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until partially cooked. Remove bacon and drain. Pour off most of the bacon grease, leaving a small amount to cook the onions. Add onions to the pan and sauté until tender. Mix all ingredients in 9 X 13 baking pan. Put bacon on the top and bake at 325º for 2 hours.

Two hours IS the correct baking time! It seemed like it was too long but they come out unbelievable good!
