1 can Veg-All, partly drained
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
c. Hellman's Mayo
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
onion, chopped
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients and put in small buttered casserole dish. Crush the crackers and sprinkle over top of the veggie casserole. Drizzle the melted butter over top of all.

Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes or until edges begin to bubble.
