1 lb. ground turkey
1 green onion, chopped
2 tsp. minced garlic
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. ground ginger
Salt and pepper to taste

Sauce - Sriracha Lime Mayo
¼ c. real mayo
1 tsp Sriracha sauce
½ lime (juice and zest)

Mix turkey burger ingredients together. Patties will be very moist. Form into patties and place in refrigerator until ready to fry. Fry in non-stick pan until thoroughly cooked through. No grease needed but be careful not to burn.

Sriracha Lime Mayo: Combine ingredients. After you put burgers on buns, top them with the mayo.
