•2 cups rice long grain
•2 tbsp oil
•1 can tomato sauce
•1 tsp. salt
•1 tsp. minced garlic
•4 cups chicken broth
•2 tbsp cumin
•2 tbsp garlic pepper
•¼ cup dried onion

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oil in large frying pan on medium heat.

2. Add rice and cook until golden brown.

3. When rice is brown, add chicken broth, tomato sauce, salt, garlic, cumin and garlic pepper to pan.

5.Stir and cover pan. Let simmer for 30-40 minutes or until all is cooked and there is no liquid left. As it cooks, taste test to see if you need more cumin or garlic pepper. Fluff before serving and ENJOY.
