1 qt. plus 1 pint pineapple sherbet
1 pt. vanilla ice milk (no longer available...use low fat ice cream)
2 32-oz. bottles 7 up
2 16-0z. bottles or 1 32-oz. bottle Fresca

Easy Updated Instructions for One Batch of Punch
1 container of sherbet (1/2 gallon)
1 chunk low fat ice cream (1/4 gallon)
2 big bottles 7-up
1 big bottle Fresca

Mix in punch bowl. It will be frothy and white! It is very refreshing!

Even if you do this differently than the recipe it will still taste good!
