3 3ggs
1 cup sugar
¼ cup cold water
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until light lemon in color or about 5 minutes. Add sugar gradually and beat until foamy. Add water and vanilla and beat. Add dry ingredients and beat until smooth. Line a jelly roll plan with parchment paper and grease and flour the paper. Pour batter in pan and bake at 350º until golden in color. Place on powdered sugared tea towel and roll up to cool. Unroll and fill with favorite jelly or pudding (lemon is wonderful). Reroll and allow to set. Top with powdered sugar. Slice to serve

I was lucky enough to have this a couple of times. I did not know I had this recipe until I started going through Annie's old recipes for this cookbook and found it. I've never made it. If you do make this recipe and it turns out well, you will be pleased with your labors.
