1 cup raisins
2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 tsp soda
1 Tlb cocoa
1tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp nutmeg
1tsp allspice
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 cups apple sauce
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Mix together the first 9 ingredients. Mix together the veg. oil, applesauce and eggs. Then add the wet to the dry. Pour into a loaf pan and bake 30 to 35 min. Till tester comes out clean Ice with cream cheese icing when cooled
