3 cups frozen shredded hash browns
1 pound sausage
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cups cheese, shredded, give or
12 eggs
2 cups milk
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9X13-inch dish. Cover bottom with hash browns. Brown onion with sausage, drain. Spread over potatoes. Cover with cheese. Mix eggs and milk and season with salt and pepper. Pour mixture in dish. Refrigerate overnight, if desired or (may bake after prepared). Bake uncovered. If using glass dish bake at 325 degrees for about 45 minutes.
