Mix flour, baking powder, salt and confectioners sugar together. In separate bowl, mix together egg, butter and sour cream/yogurt.
Combine wet and dry ingredients, mix until it holds together as one unit. Press into bottom of 9x13 pan.
Combine ingredients and cook over low heat until bubbly and loses milky look. Stir in butter after removed from heat.
Cool and pour over dough, spreading to edges. Preheat oven to 350º.
Mix together and pour over pineapple layer.
Bake for 45 minutes, sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake for an additional 30 minutes.
