Chicken Tortellini Soup Recipe

1 diced onion
1c sliced mushrooms
2c broccoli
3 carrots
1 (14.5oz) can Italian style stewed tomatoes
1/2 bag Schwan's cheese tortellini
Mrs. dash and salt
2 stalks celery
1 zucchini (optional)
2c cauliflower
2 cans chicken broth
2c water
1Tbsp basil
2 cooked chicken breasts, diced

Saute onion,celery and mushrooms until tender. Add broth and water, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and zucchini. When veggies are tender, add stewed tomatoes, chicken and tortellini. Add basil and other seasonings to taste.
Variations: Instead of stewed tomotaoes, add 1 more can of chicken broth for a clear broth. Frozen mixed veggies can be used instead (California blend).
