6-8 medium potatoes, peeled, cut into chunks and boiled
4 eggs, hard boiled, cooled and chopped
4-5 dill pickles, chopped
4 ccelery stalks, chopped
1 can sliced olives
1/4 onion, chopped
1/2-3/4c mayo
1Tbsp mustard
few drops pickle juice
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Toss potatoes, eggs, pickles, celery, olives and onion in a large bowl. Mix mayo, mustard and pickle juice in separate bowl. Pour over potato mixture and stir. Salt and pepper to taste.
