250 grams chestnuts
2 tablespoon pine seeds
1 tablespoon raisin
1 litre fresh milk
Mozzarella cheese to sprinkle ( optional)
a dash of olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Leave dried chestnuts to soak in warm water for a day
2. Drain and boil in water until tender
3. Peel and boil in milk for half hour
4. Blend when cool
5. Add water to dilute the thickness
6. Sprinkle pine nuts, raisins and grated cheese
7. Garnish with finely cut parsley or coriander and serve hot
