1/2 cup Coconut Oil
12 oz Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips or Milk Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a small microwavable bowl, combine the coconut oil and chocolate chips. Microwave in internals of 30 seconds at 50% power, stirring in between until smooth. Takes about 3 intervals to reach the perfect consistency.

Drizzle over ice cream and let sit til hardens (about 30 seconds).

Store in air tight container at ROOM TEMPERATURE. The shell will harden slightly, but just microwave for a few seconds til liquid again.
