4 cans Rosarita refried beans (traditional)
2 onions
Pork skin fat
Slices of roasted pork
Salt (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the onions in very thin slices. Heat the pork skin fat. When the fat is dissolved, add the onions and the slices of roasted pork. Cook until the onions are caramelized. Add the beans and mix it all. Cook at medium heat for 30 to 45 minutes, mixing it often.

Do not let it stick to the bottom of the pan. Taste it and salt as needed.
