1 lb ricotta or small cottage cheese
1½ c mozzarella cheese-grated
1 egg
10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
¾ tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
⅛ tsp pepper
1 c water
1 jar spaghetti sauce
9 lasagna noodles
½ c mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, mix ricotta, 1 ½ c mozzarella, egg, spinach, salt, oregano, pepper. In a greased 9x13 baking dish layer ½ c sauce, 3 noodles, ½ cheese mixture, ½ c sauce, 3 noodles, rest of cheese mixture, 3 noodles, rest of sauce, ½ c mozzarella cheese. Pour 1 c water around edges. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350º for 1¼ hours or until bubbly. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.

Can be room around mixture in pan for water. Will expand.
