Celeste Emerson


1 lb ground beef/turkey
Onion, minced
2 garlic cloves, minced
fresh spinach
favorite jar of spaghetti sauce
Parmesan Cheese
Mashed Potatoes or Baked Potatoes

1. Brown the meat, drain
2. Sauté onions, garlic
3. add the spinach, til cooked down.
4. Add the sauce
5. Add seasonings.
6. Simmer for 20 minutes, til the flavors meld
7. Serve over the mashed potatoes or baked potatoes.

This is also delicious stuffed into portabella mushroom caps.
